Update:  Oh, it's back, baby. And we're ready to get you prepared for total societal collapse by training like your life depends on it.

Depending on pre-registration, we'll start taking names immediately for 8-week courses spanning the months of September and October.  This year we'll have new formatting, taking the class outside, meeting either at Kiwanis Park in Lewiston or Beachview Park in Clarkston.

We'll begin as always, assuming you have very basic abilities, and build on skills as we move through the program. By the end, you'll wonder how you ever got by at your previous fitness level. And you'll be much better prepared to handle societal collapse and/or the zombie apocalypse.  And you'll probably be excited for either.

Simply send an email right now, and say, "I'm highly interested in updates on this, and I would very much like to survive the coming zombie apocalypse."

1st Semester of ZATA is FINISHED!  Four teams massively increased fitness levels, increased lactate threshholds, VO2 maxes, and became much more likely to survive a zombie attack.

What is the Zombie Apocalypse Training Academy?
Boot-camp style training sessions designed to burn fat and build a fit body. It's an immersive experience, with zombie movies, zombie posters, lighting, and a fun atomosphere. It's just your team + the trainer. No looky-loos. No visitors.

When is it? Thirty-minute sessions, twice per week at time periods available for your peeps. Offered twice annually at the RussFit Personal Training Studio.

Who is it? Workmates, friends, or families of 3-5 people.

How much is it? The first 4-week course costs $250 total. Split 5 ways, that's $50 for a month of customized, team training!
