Let's see...protein to build muscles to kill zombies...healthy fats for energy to kill zombies...super low-carbs so you don't store fat which slows you down against zombies....it's all here!  You can have your cake and eat it too, even in a post-apocalyptic scenario.

10 eggs
1.1 cup coconut flour
1 cup cacao
1.2 cup natures hollow maple syrup (sweetened with xylitol)
8 squirts dark choc stevia
1.1 cup coconut oil
1.1 cup water
8 tbsp erythritol
2 tbsp baking soda
-Mix

Coat two 9" circular cake pans with coconut oil.
Bake at 350 for 17(ish) min.
Let cool.

Frosting:
2 avocados
5 scoops whey prot
.5 natures hollow
7 tbsp erythritol
1 c cacao
.5 c whip crm
2 tbsp vanilla
-Food processor until smooth
